 Solution 2

Microchip pets

To prevent animal loss/abandonment, we should microchip pets. If we microchip our pets, it proves an identity of an animal. This way we can easily find a way home for a stray animal. Also this increases responsibility of the owner since the microchip includes both owner and animal's information. Some people refuse to microchip their pets because they think injection may cause side effects. However, vets claim that animal microchipping is safe and the only side effect is lump on their injection. Vets emphasized that the lump will mostly disappear and only 3 out of 100 animals show the side effect.
