We must create an app that involves contacts of animal clinics and emergency calls, online lessons for owners (allowing owners with over 70% of completion level to process adoption), video and pictures upload to shelters, and notification from animal clinics for check ups and vaccination. The effort of owner to download this app and following the procedure shows that the owner is ready for commitment of 10 to 20 years and accepting a new family member.
